The company is currently seeking a Title Examiner toperform administrative duties associated with title examinations and to perform title examinations for the sale/purchase of properties in Arizona.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative duties associated with title examinations including, but not limited to, creation and maintenance of files and coordination of documents
Search public and private records for documents related to a property
Verify legal descriptions of properties
Review documents, easements, plats/maps and use restrictions to ensure all details have been captured in the title analysis
Prepare title commitment by creating Schedules A, B and C
Make title commitment revisions and required updates
Forward title commitment to Escrow Officer/Assistant by established deadlines
Maintain on-going knowledge of title, escrow and closing practices

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience performing title examinations
Knowledge of regulations related to the title industry
Willing to submit information needed for a background and/or credit check
Eligible to be insured by a Licensed Underwriting Company
Strong customer service skills with both internal and external customers
Able to create and maintain positive and cooperative professional relationships
Good time management skills
