seeks a Coordinator, Operations to provide professional-level
support for our portfolio of initiatives spanning education,
workforce, and civic health. The successful candidate will be
highly organized and detail-oriented, tech savvy, an excellent
communicator, resourceful, a self-starter, able to coordinate
diverse tasks simultaneously and autonomously, and willing to go

Coordinator, Operations is responsible for coordinating logistics
for CFA programs, including scheduling and organizing program
events across the state, providing on-site support for program
events, and coordinating communications to program partners. This
position will also provide administrative support to CFA's
Executive Vice President, including scheduling, drafting
communications, and building professional relationships with a
network of CFA stakeholders across the Arizona.The ideal candidate

Operations and works collaboratively with other members and

Range: $40,000 - 50,000 per year; DOEClose Date:
22-June-2022Essential DutiesCoordinate logistics for special events
and meetings (in Phoenix and around the state): procure space,
catering and supplies; coordinate on- site support (set-up,
registration, technology, tear-down); prepare and distribute
materials; coordinate post-event follow-up.Communicate event
details to program partners; manage event registration, track
engagement, and run reports utilizing web-based tools such as
Eventbrite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office 365.Work
collaboratively with other program and operations staff to set-up,
support and break-down organization-wide events as requested.Track,
maintain, and organize program supplies.Develop and maintain
trusted working relationships with internal and external
partners.Provide administrative support for the Executive Vice
President with professionalism, attention to detail, tact, and
sound judgment.Schedule and/or coordinate multi-party meetings for
the Executive Vice President and program directors; maintain
calendars as requested.Gather information and draft documents,
communications, and other materials for the Executive Vice
President as directed.Compile and prepare background material and
agendas related to the Executive Vice President's meetings, events
and travel; share and follow-up as appropriate.Prepare financial
documents such as payment requests, mileage reimbursements, and
credit card reconciliations.Manage the meeting spaces and common
areas in the CFA's office, and prepare spaces for meetings with
external partners.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a
field appropriate to the area of assignment AND three (3) years of
related experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education
and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and
abilities have been achieved.Desired QualificationsExperience
planning or coordinating events.Experience contributing to
cultivating a welcoming, inclusive and equitable workplace.Evidence
of effective communication skills.Experience being a self-starter,
able to work independently and collaboratively.Evidence of
effectively managing multiple streams of work
concurrently.Experience in relationship building with a sincere
commitment to work collaboratively with all internal and external
partners.Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel,
Outlook) and Salesforce (or other CRM applications).Working
EnvironmentActivities are performed in an environmentally
controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting,
keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; staff may choose to
work remotely 2-3 days a week.On-site event support is performed at
meeting spaces across the Phoenix metro area and across the
state.Required to stand for varying lengths of time.Occasional
bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 20
pounds.In-state travel at 10% to support regional program events;
involving operation of a motor vehicle, must have access to an
automobile, have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's
license.Applicant must have or apply for a valid Arizona
Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of start date.Department
