This means investing in talent, technologies, and tools that empower you to own your career.Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded.We're searching for an Account Fulfillment Lead to direct staff and make recommendations for pay coverage decisions on overdrafts, uncollected funds usage, wire transfers, cash over limits, etc. for commercial customers. You need to provide extraordinary customer service to the internal and external customers and resolve problems, answer questions, handle transactions, and make decisions under assigned authority. In addition, you will return cases requiring additional information, approve cases, and forward to the respective department for completion.Responsibilities:- Train staff on ongoing/new procedures, answer questions, and take calls for more complex issues.- Report on department statistics and support service level standards.- Make coverage recommendations to commercial customers for: overdraft (OD), non-sufficient Funds (NSF), or uncollected funds (UCF), etc.- Validate, collect information, and offer coverage solutions to clients.- Review resources and determine if Cash Order request can be processed for clients. Contact customer if information is not sufficient.- Review Amdocs cases understanding the application principles, concepts, practices, and standards.The right candidate will have:- 3- 5 years experience as a Commercial Customer Service representative- Knowledge of systems, products, and procedures in assigned area- Interpersonal skills to lead direct staff- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks with excellent follow up- Flexibility and willingness to work any schedule.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Rumba, Net Query, FileNet, GFT, and various bank systemsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
