Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.The Role

• Lead 3-4 operators in our Tempe AZ facility which processes our ECUs in testing, rework and flashing.
• Responsible for the output, quality and accuracy of the process set by Engineering.
• Track and report to management daily.
• Support other teams and suppliers that come on site as needed.
• PC Windows and test/flash program execution
• Manage the area assigned, layout, process flow, priorities and schedulingYou Bring
  • 1-2 years of lead experience in an operational environment.
  • 3-5 years in experience an operations position, using PC's
