Job Description The Customer Support Specialist is an internal
role for our headquarters that provides service or product
information, solutions and relevant details to customers and has a
knack for providing professional and clear answers to customer's
requests. Hybrid Balanced Work Week (3 days work in office and 2
days work from home) This job is located in Scottsdale, AZ. Pay
Rate: $17.50 per hour Responsibilities: Answer calls and respond to
emails in a prompt and courteous manner reflecting a positive,
friendly, warm telephone tone and persona. Make outbound phone
calls each day promoting and selling our products to existing
customers of Forever. Actively listen and engage customer---s in
polite and productive conversation to understand their needs and
exceed customer---s expectations. Positively impact the
customer---s experience and demonstrate a passion for excellence
with respect to treating and caring for customers. Handle customer
inquiries both telephonically; and by email when necessary. Manage
and resolve customer issues timely and professionally with empathy
and understanding. Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of all
products and strive to become a product expert. Accurately update
existing customer information. Process orders, forms and
applications accurately and efficiently. All other duties as
assigned. Education and Experience: High school diploma or
equivalent. Bilingual --- English and Spanish language proficiency
required. One year of bilingual customer service work experience
preferred. Six months of sales (retail, cross sales, up-sell) work
experience. Working knowledge of common computer application
