DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong sales orientation, helping sellers advance the sales process on powerful B2B2C payments solutions for a fast-paced firm experiencing rapid transformation. While you may have previous experience in sales, you know your greatest contribution comes from creating the conditions of success for others. You're also eager to see the impact of your work and take comfort in knowing no two days will ever be the same. In addition to serving as a trusted advisor to your sales teammates, you are also an invaluable resource in understanding the dynamics across the buyer's decision team and solving the client's pain with the right solution.   • Be Successful: Achieving goals is a foundational to a high-performing cultureQualificationsPrevious experience in Sales or as a Solution Architect/Sales Engineer in the Payments/Merchant Acquiring industry Deep experience with both Card-Present and Card-Not-Present acceptance environments, as well as all leading payment types (i.e., card, ACH, digital wallets, BNPL, etc.) Strong working knowledge of card network interchange structures and merchant acquiring industry pricing models Familiarity with complex sales and SaaS buying cycles and deal structures Strong demonstration and presentation skills, especially in a virtual environment Expertise in following one or more enterprise sales methodology (e.g. Challenger, Corporate Visions, MEDDIC, Sandler, Spin) Experience with modern sales tools (e.g. Salesloft, Saleshood/Highspot, Buyer Sites, Deal Rooms) Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure in a fast-paced firm experiencing rapid transformation Competitor: High drive, commitment to win, willingness to compete and "be the best""Plus" QualificationsStrong working knowledge of Payment Facilitators, payment gateway processes/technology, and semi-integrated POS environments Experience with payment processing solutions in the government, property management, and consumer financial services markets Experience in C-level sales presentations, specifically the CFO, CMO and CXO Prior Digital Transformation sales experience Difference MakersWhile education & experience are essential pre-requisites, there are several elements that will separate a good from great candidate, including, but not limited to:Customer-centricity Tech Savvy Irresistible energy Amazing collaborator Insatiable curiosity Problem solver Driven to get things doneBenefits:
