UPC has been in business over 20 years and we were recently acquired by a new group of investors who are focused on our growth and modernization of technologies If you are looking for a small company that your career can grow with quickly --- look no further We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Specialist who is Bilingual to join our growing office in beautiful Tempe, AZ. In thia role, you will arrive each day determined to provide great customer service to our members and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions whether in person or on the phone. Key Job Responsibilities: Customer Support on the phone/ inbound/outbound calls, email, chat support Call monthly declined and annual renewal members to re-activate / update Reach out to members to clarify enrollment discrepancies Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as needed Responsible for the purchase of office supplies, break room supplies Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any customer issues Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations Maintain and update customer information as necessary Provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime or training issues Additional office administrative duties as assigned What requirements / skills you need: 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Administrative experience Bilingual - Spanish - speaking and writing CRM experience: Salesforce, ZenDesk, Telecom, ChargeBee or similar CRM systems is preferred You have the ability and willingness to learn new things and then apply that learning to perform successfully in the role Display critical thinking and ability to make appropriate judgment calls where needed Have a passion for the work we do and the impact we are making Close attention to detail, being able to anticipate the customer's needs You can work full time in office - 8 hour shifts You are tech-savvy, can navigate multiple systems and learn new tools Benefits and Perks: Great benefits after 30 days - Medical, dental, vision, life coverage Competitive salary - range based on experience ($18-$21/hour) Uncapped PTO plan paid holidays 401k employer matching Free enrollment on the UPC Pet Plan for your fur-babies Work in a fun, fast-paced and collaborative environment Opportunities to advance and pursue your professional goals as the company grows We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
