The Public Safety Coordination and Engagement Liaison is
responsible for working with various departments within CPR, as
well as external partners, to accomplish a common goal of excellent
service for our clients. They will oversee communications and
coordinate efforts between these different entities in order to
expedite access to care, ensure continuity of care, and assist in
developing care linkages within the community.Knowledge and

activitiesDuties:Assist with the management of various projects for
the CCO. Oversee the movement of internal and external referrals.
Provide backup technical assistance for the scheduler. Assist
Client Engagement Team with solutions to expedite access to care
and appropriate fit with a provider. Manage any coordination of
services and be the main contact for the Public Safety department.
Provide new hire training for the Client Engagement Team.
Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School diploma
requiredBachelor's in Social Work (BSW) or comparable field
preferred.At least two years experience in Behavioral Health.
