About the Role The Fraud Team Lead is the first resource for a small team of specialists to surface any productivity barriers. First and foremost, the Team Lead is a problem solver for the team. They will need to recognize and diagnose current or potential issues that could prevent the team from accomplishing their daily goals. The Team Lead will also spend time investigating and resolving fraud, working on process improvements, and managing team reports. This role reports directly to the Fraud Operations Supervisor, and will lead teams of 3-5 specialists regularly. In partnership with the Supervisor, the Team Lead will support the productivity and impact of the specialist team through involvement and analysis of daily work. The Team Lead will also be responsible for short term initiatives that support the goals of the fraud team they lead. These initiatives will be focused on continuous improvement of the team they lead, and can range from productivity to culture in scope. The expectation is that the team lead spends 25%-50% of their time in production, with the rest of their time focused on leadership tasks. What you bring to the table--- * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. * 1 year of fraud investigation experience. * 1 year of experience working in operations. * Previous leadership experience preferred.
