Customer Service/Support Rep **Ability to speak Spanish**The primary responsibility of the Customer Support role is to assist showroom and network consultants in the sales cycle, adding value to create customers for life. This includes problem-solving, tracking orders, communicating backorders, scheduling deliveries, and troubleshooting issues. Most of the customer interactions will be by phone or email.Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher
    • 1+ years of customer service role within wholesale, retail, or hospitality
      • Previous experience in a customer-facing role highly sought after
        • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
          • Strong collaboration skills to support colleagues and client needs
            • Outstanding customer service and verbal communications skills
              • Active listening to understand the core issue and demonstrate empathy
                • Ability to prioritize customers based on deadlines
                  • Self-structured to manage workload
                    • Maintain composure and demonstrate urgency to give the customer confidence that their issue(s) can be resolved timely.
                      • Able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and coworkersCompensation and Benefits
