Job Description:

Position Overview: This role is responsible for administering and coordinating daily tasks for our New Employee Success Team (NEST) and leaders. What you'll be doing: * Develop and distribute a variety of Workday reports to NEST leadership. * Review timecards and reports to identify and resolve discrepancies in timecard entries. * Review all emails to keep up with policy updates and schedule changes. * Follow-up on outstanding issues and discrepancies by escalating to the Payroll Department. * Perform regular and ad hoc audits of timecards and employee data. * Help drive process improvements in routine Workday activities. * Leverage strong analytical and Google Sheet skills to help organize data and reports. * Help the NEST leaders keep processes and projects organized and effective. * Owning and coordinating attendance programs, auditing and overseeing any trends/patterns. * Daily review of workforce time management tools and reports, investigating schedule adherence. * Daily data entry, ensuring the organization meets deadlines regarding payroll and attendance. * Anticipate and remain proactive to problematic situations, when problems arise, lead course corrections. * Make recommendations on policy issues and implement new policies and procedures. * Actively participate in team chat and daily team calls. * Assist in additional team/department projects as needed. * Other duties as assigned. What the job requires: To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you. * Proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets and Google Docs. * Strong technical skills to include learning Workday and other systems quickly * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information. * The ability and confidence to make sound decisions while working independently. * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally. * Have a heightened sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
