This role will help cement our future as the most trusted partner within both our business to business and newly created direct to consumer service offerings. We are looking for a highly motivating and experienced Senior Vice President of Sales to join our executive team reporting directly to our CEO, Sarah Robb O'Hagan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own inside and outside global sales strategies and execution to achieve or exceed revenue goals for our B2B and D2C service offerings

  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Performance and Technology teams to retain existing customers, build qualified in-bound pipeline growth, target and acquire new customers and drive revenue at scale

  • Hire, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing and ethical sales team with a commitment to positive culture, accountability and strong employee engagement, diversity, and inclusivity

  • Develop, implement, and adjust sales strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and market share within our current and emerging fitness, performance and workplace offerings.

  • Serve on EXOS senior leadership team collaborating with and other senior leadership to execute growth and team development

  • On-site, Virtual and sales focused for new and expansion business opportunities

  • Maintain knowledge of competitor products, marketing programs, and industry trends and adapt the sales strategies accordingly. You don't have to come from health and fitness, but experience in the industry is a plus.

  • Align the sales organization's objectives with the Company strategy driving overall business performance and profitability while meeting the customer's needs. You are exceptionally comfortable in a data driven environment and you are prepared to use that data to drive performance and strategy

  • Collaborate with operations and marketing to effectively mine client metrics, leverage learnings, success stories and cases studies from existing clients to build effective team narrative and our differentiated value proposition in proposals and presentations.

  • Build long-term training strategies to up-skill all members of the sales team. Your current reports would say you were a great Mentor.

  • Work alongside your sales team by participating and leading in client / prospect meetings to increase pipeline and realized sales velocity.

  • Consistent development of the sales team by leading and modeling the skills

  • Provide leadership to the sales team

  • Accountable to measuring weekly pipeline development activities tied to monthly pipeline targets.

  • Leading and coordinating weekly forecast and pipeline review meeting.

  • Communicating/establishing expectations for weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and deals.

  • Leading by example by demonstrating the proper steps to work through the EXOS sales process.

  • Reporting on sales activity, pipeline development and forecast to the EXOS' leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate about sales and negotiations. This is what you do

  • You love fitness and well being... performing your best is how you live and you likely played sports growing up.

  • 10-15+ years of demonstrated success leading top-performing sales teams within high growth, multi region SaaS environments

  • 10+ years of relatable quota carrying sales experience consistently meeting/exceeding sizeable targets personally and as a leader of teams at the $100m+ level

  • Recent consultative sales skills and experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles with Fortune 500 accounts

  • History of building, hiring, developing and retaining exceptional talent

  • Consistent track record of scaling positive organizational cultures with a focus on diversity and inclusion

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated expert level listening skills

  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside and within the organization

  • Ability to offer and receive feedback, engage in challenging conversations, adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment

  • Background selling into the enterprise C Suite or Human Resources space highly desirable

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • A passion for sports, fitness, or a high performance lifestyle.
