Job Skills / Requirements

• Review monthly financial reports and provide analysis to the business to assist in achieving financial targets.
• Work with operations management team to ensure timely and accurate billing to customers, resolving requests for credits and creating cost increase proposals, recognizing, and proposing opportunities for improving profitability of the overall business as well as for specific accounts.
• Working with Sales and Operations to review customer proposals, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, overall profitability, and follow-through to ensure proper setup set-up within the systems.
• Reviewing preliminary financial reports as you work with operations, accounting, and finance to execute accruals and corrections to resolve issues as well as putting processes in place to prevent issues going forward.
• Manage the operational administrative support team in effectively completing responsibilities and creating opportunities for growth

Pay Rate: $70,000 - $75,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related preferred
• 5 years of experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to prepare accurate and detailed accounting data
• Experience with leading a team
