Department: High School Athletics or Activities
Reports to: Assistant Principal for Athletics or Activities
Supervises: May supervise assistant coaches, auxiliary coaches
or volunteers as assigned
Training and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred
- Successful experience working with students
- Must meet all background requirements
Licensing and Certification Requirements:
- National Federation of State High Schools Association (NFHSA)
- Valid DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Valid Arizona teacher or Substitute certification.
- Obtain appropriate training and certification to transport
students in the white buses. Training must be completed within two
weeks of beginning employment.
Salary Placement: Appropriate grade and step placement on the
Extracurricular Salary Schedule
