JOB SUMMARY*

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be primarily responsible for supporting high-volume hourly recruiting needs across multiple business units in the Arizona market.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process including resume reviews, phone interviews, interviews by hiring managers, decision meetings, extending offers/negotiation, create offer letters, and facilitating the onboarding process
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline, increase the quality of hires, and reduce time to hire
  • Partner with hiring leaders to support locations that are struggling to find hourly talent
  • Seek out candidates through a variety of sourcing means such as research, web searches, referrals, social media, job fairs, open houses, and other avenues for current and future openings
  • Coach, train, educate, and influence hiring leaders on effective recruitment techniques
  • Lead/Participate in ongoing process improvement projects to enhance the recruitment process
  • Open and close requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Participate with the talent acquisition team in building the company's reputation as an employer of choice by networking, developing community partnerships, recruitment branding, and increasing industry visibility through various other channels

QUALIFICATIONS *

  • 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting is a must
  • Prior experience recruiting for light industrial environments is preferred
  • Ability to produce results with minimal guidance

EDUCATION *

  • Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.
