Benefits Customer Service Representatives Multiple friendly and outgoing Customer Service Representatives with previous experience in Healthcare are needed to join our client in Tempe, AZ! As the Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will primarily be responsible for helping customers to enroll in benefits and making updates to their healthcare or pensions plans. This temporary to possible hire opportunity offers $15/hr! Responsibilities of the Benefit Customer Service Representative Include Handling confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements. Proficiently translating health terms, welfare terms, pension terms, complex plan information, and processes into simple explanations and instructions that customers can understand and act upon. Collecting relevant customer information, determining immediate requests/questions, and anticipating future needs of the member. Displaying high emotional intelligence while dealing with upset or escalated callers. Demonstrating knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company and client procedures and guidelines by providing appropriate and accurate information. Maintaining and documenting complete and accurate call and case notes. Professionally responding to customer inquiries/complaints received via phone, email or other communication channels. Required Qualifications Requirements of the Benefit Customer Service Representative Include High School Diploma/GED Previous Call Center experience, preferably in Health Care Bilingual preferred Quick problem solving skills with the ability to multitask Excellent written and oral communication skills Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) has been a leading provider of contract, temporary, temporary-hire & direct hire solutions.
