Job Description:

Daily activities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Interfaces with complex clients & internal service partners to advocate client needs and solutions

Uses thorough product knowledge to resolve unique or challenging issues on an individual needs basis

  • Escalates when necessary. May act as a senior point of escalation for external and internal parties.
  • Analyzes client disputes and offers solutions that fit both client and company needs.
  • May maintain issues logs and may prepare monthly reporting.
  • May act as lead party for external calls and client visits.
  • May serve as a mentor to less senior team members
  • Project management skills
  • Monitors daily performance against established metrics
  • Research and Resolution of customer's DDA/ Loan /Treasury Inquires
  • Assist clients with online portals as well as client specific services and products
  • Preparing and Collecting Account Documentation from customers

Client Service Management may also assign segment specific projects. You will also be expected to work independently but escalate more complex issues as appropriately necessary to resolve customer requests in a timely manner. You will be expected to have general knowledge of and adhere to all DS and Commercial Bank Service procedures. Additionally, you should be able to identify products and services that may benefit clients and improve overall relationship profitability. You may also participate in joint client calls with Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers and have responsibility for some administrative functions. The Client Service Analyst should also possess the following skills:

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience in customer service
  • General knowledge of deposit documentation
  • General knowledge of deposit and treasury products
  • General experience with related systems, such as Service Portal, Customer Assist, Deal Manager, and Party Central
  • Ability to understand moderate to complex deposit structures
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to multitask and work in a team based environment
