This Customer Service Rep / Home Services Representative
position pays a competitive base hourly wage of
$14-$18/hour depending on experience, and we also offer

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As a CSR / Home Services Representative, you awake each day
ready to ensure that our customers are being heard and receiving
the best customer service possible. Your positive, friendly
disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of
the reasons our customers enjoy doing business with us. Your
excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that
their needs are met. As an excellent CSR, you listen attentively so
that you can accurately assist clients by scheduling appointments
for electrical, plumbing, HVAC or the needed service technician to
repair, replace, or perform preventative maintenance.
In addition to providing excellent customer service over the
phone, you enjoy working closely with clients to help guide them
toward products and services that may benefit them in the long run.
You are a natural when it comes to navigating difficult
conversations, and your ability to diffuse concern helps to not
only make your customers feel attended to, but helps you meet your
personal sales and customer service goals! You feel good about
ensuring that our customers are satisfied, all parties are
well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Simple computer and Microsoft Office literacy
- Attention to detail
- Able to handle high call volume
- Able to type 30+ WPM
- Computer equipment and internet may be required
Any experience with Service Titan, Field Edge, HouseCall Pro, or
other scheduling software would be a plus! HVAC, plumbing,
or electrical home services experience would also be

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WORK SCHEDULE
This a full-time or part-time remote, work-from-home
customer service position. The full-time hours
range between 30-40 hours a week and the part-time
hours typically range between 15-25 hours a week but can
flex between 10-30 hours depending on call volume.
We are looking candidates that can work multiple shifts,
seven days a week.
