About theRole:

The Senior Director, Product Support& Release Engineering will be responsible for the application support of CorporateSystems & Data divisions along with release engineering and SRE functions. Theywill be charged with ensuring the automated, self-service, and end-to-end supportof the bank’s products. The Senior Director, Product Support and Release Engineeringmust focus on operational stability, performance, security, efficiency,audit/control management, and scalability of corporate and data platforms. Thisrole closely partners with application delivery teams and proactively supportsapplication delivery priorities and release & SRE requirements. This rolealso collaborates closely with the Cloud Engineering leadership for strategy,design, implementation and support for public cloud services.

We are on a journey to a 100%Agile, Cloud/API & DevSecOps driven technology organization. This position willplay a key role in accelerating our journey within Corporate Systems & Data.This technology organization supports Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance& Enterprise Data business units. This role will report to Divisional CIO, CorporateSystems & Data.

Once Here You Will :

Implement near-term and long-term strategicinitiatives for product support & release engineering needs

Understand stakeholder product support needs acrossmultiple lines of business and manage/lead availability, resiliency, securityneeds of the products.

Envision a strategy to maximize to stakeholder’scurrent and future ability to rapidly enhance existing products and adhere tomodern standards

Deploy metrics/KPI driven operational improvementprograms focused on improving availability & security

Develop industry leading operational practices forsupporting API/cloud native applications and data platforms in the cloud

Influence application development teams to shift lefton security and quality practices by championing DevSecOps

Collaborate with teams distributed across functionalareas and geographic locations to ensure robust support

Foster robust engineering practices and leadhigh-functioning SRE teams

Envision and deliver operational processes andtechnologies necessary to improve reliability

Implement best practice continuous improvement processesthat prioritize incident analysis and remediation, with a constant emphasis onautomation and prevention

Continuously upskill your own technical knowledge -evaluate new technologies and open source solutions

Attract and mentor ahighly performant team in an exciting, inclusive and collaborative environment

What You’ll Bring:

Passion for achieving excellence in releaseengineering, availability and resiliency of products, solving complex problems,and taking ownership

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and multipleteam leads

Industry experience in Financial Services or otherregulated industries

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or InformationSystems

10+ years of experience with software development

5+ years of experience in direct people management

Experience managing Finance, Accounting, Risk & Complianceapplications/systems

Experience managing data platforms on-prem, in thecloud (AWS), Informatica & Collibra SaaS applications

Experience with design, development and deployment inthe DevSecOps environment

Experience with infrastructure-as-code andconfiguration automation tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation

Experience developing and supporting publiccloud-based platforms (AWS(Preferred), Azure, GCP)

Experience in networking and cybersecurity (TCP/UDP,firewalls, IDS, IP/DNS, VPN)

Able to actively influence customers and businesspartners to solve problems and ensures products and services are utilizedeffectively and efficiently

Able to provide strategic solutions tailored to meetbusiness objectives

Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environmentwith an on shore – offshore distributed Agile teams
