Asa Technical Program Manager, Modern Delivery your technical
leadership will berequired to bring two teams together so that they

position will focus on our cloud journey with AWS as well as
workingwith our internal bank customers to make their transition a
Atypical day in the life of a Cloud and Ecosystem Technical
Program Managermight include:
Working with a wide variety of partners across cloud, security,
and more along with internal engineering teams and stakeholders to
plan technical integrations.
Creating detailed technical requirement documents, workflows,
and service mockups to define the project and tasks required for
new product implementation.
Working with software engineering to implement systems, test,
and deploy systems - reviewing code and architecture as needed to
ensure program goals are met.
Explaining engineering analysis and recommendations to
stakeholders, then flipping the script and explaining product
tradeoffs to engineers, all the while keeping scale and long-term
viability in mind with tradeoffs for faster execution.
Programs: Lead cloud infrastructure and services development
efforts and collaborate across dependent engineering teams to
Identity and manage cross-group contingencies needed for
Quality: Ensuring testing to meet acceptance and performance
criteria defined by the program.
Service Management: Participating in change and release
management that results zero downtime and zero data loss
Data: Use data and our requirements to help improve vision,
requirements, and service improvements.
Efficient: Driving for services and platform operations that are
easy to use, integrated, and resource efficient.
Qualifications Thecandidates who will excel in this role
probably have a BS degree, a solidbackground working with software
or infrastructure engineering, a good dose ofcloud knowledge, and
naturally gravitate towards planning and creating
Experienced with cloud engineering components including
container models, service discovery, monitoring and diagnostic
tooling, dev chain tooling, NoSQL proficiency would be a plus
Experience working with multiple teams and partners across
Delivery track record across multiple large-scale cross group
Many years as a production program/project manager.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint,
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, that
accompany excellent organizational skills.
Working knowledge of cloud technologies, including network
concepts such as (transit, peering, etc.)
A never-ending drive to solve complex problems and move projects
Experience creating key performance metrics, and financial
business intelligence to enable decisions throughout the
