About the Role:
As the bank of choice for the innovation economy, SVB plays

clients acrossdiverse segments and all life stages. The payments
business represents a corepart of what we do and is a significant
drive of growth for SVB. This role willplay a very important role
in building new payment products,nurturing/caring/feeding existing
payment products, focus on improving the paymentsprocesses and
experiences and differentiating our digital capabilities from
thecompetition. This role is responsible for driving a significant
aspect of our digitaltransformation strategy. The idealcandidate
Possess a strongproduct management background, be steeped in
Design Thinking, Lean UX, andagile delivery methodologies, and have
a data-driven approach to decisionmaking.
Demonstrate priorexperience in developing seamless end-to-end
digital and cross-channel payment experiencesand ideally have
exposure to key elements of payment systems integration,
andunderstanding of payments systems both domestic and
international (UK, Canada,EMEA).
Demonstrate anability to collaborate with developers and data
engineers to define thetechnology infrastructure and data
architecture necessary to deliverbreakthrough payments
The Product Manager will play an important role in modernizing
thepayments infrastructure at the bank, help launch new payment
formats and features& capabilities, support on-going management and
enhancements and lead business readiness of new launches.
Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for executing the
product roadmap aswell as assist in delivering relevant and
well-designed solutions to ourclients and stakeholders. This role
is expected to exercise creativity,critical thinking, relationship
building, analytics, and collaboration to solveclient problems.

What You’ll Bring:
A Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, or other
quantitativemajor that requires structured problem solving, MBA or
equivalent is a plus
10+ years of Product Management experience, preferablyin
5+ years of direct knowledge and experience with Payments
Proven ability to build relationships and workeffectively in
Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
Strong understanding and working experience withdesign-thinking
best practices to deliver industry-defining digital productsand
Knowledge of Agile routines and experience leading inan Agile
