Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented QA / Inventory Supervisor to oversee the handling of customer products while leading warehouse associates in daily operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe material movement, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm Key Responsibilities Oversee loading, unloading, staging, and handling of customer products Assign daily tasks and provide direction to warehouse associates Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company and customer standards Enforce safety policies and promote safe work practices Perform quality inspections and inventory checks as needed Identify process issues and assist with corrective actions Maintain accurate documentation and reports Lead by example, maintaining organization and housekeeping throughout the facility Communicate effectively with leadership regarding production or inventory concerns Qualifications Prior warehouse, QA, or inventory leadership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead teams and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout shift as required IND2
