Job Description Job Description Nammo Defense Systems, Inc., a defense contractor, is the primary USA operation of the Nammo Group (Nammo AS). Nammo Defense Systems Inc. (NDS) develops, manufactures, and supports Shoulder Launched Munitions (SLMs), energetic material solutions such as aircraft emergency escape systems, actuation devices, rocket motors, warheads, and composite solutions including carbon fiber tubes and composite aerospace structures. JOB OVERVIEW: Maintains premises, rest and working areas of office in clean and orderly condition. How you will be rewarded as our Utility Worker: • Competitive compensation • Monday-Thursday work week working four 10-hour days (off on Fridays) Work hours are 12:00-10:30 PM • Generous paid time off and Holiday Pay • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance • 401(K), employee assistance programs, health savings account KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, and offices. • Dusts and polishes furniture, walls, and fixtures. • Empties trash containers. • Cleans restrooms. • Provides and maintains appropriate level of janitorial supplies. • Follow standard practices and safety procedures. • Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Work hours are 12:00-10:30 PM • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • High School or general education diploma (GED). • 0-2 years of related experience • Individual should have basic computer skills. • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and taste or smell. • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. • The ability to gain BATF clearance COMPETENCIES: • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Ability to work in fast-paced environments. • Leadership or teamwork abilities. • May have to drive company vehicle WORKING CONDITIONS: • Full-time on-site position. • This position may require travel on an as-needed basis • This position may require working in diverse settings and conditions.
