Operations Chandler, AZ 85286 (100% Onsite) $26/hr – 6-Month
Contract Swoon is hiring on behalf of a leading Healthcare
organization About the Role Swoon is partnering with a top
healthcare leader to hire a Logistics Coordinator who will support
home-delivery operations across multiple regions. In this role, you
will coordinate delivery routes, support CDL drivers, resolve
real-time delivery issues, and ensure compliance with
transportation regulations. This position is ideal for someone with
experience in dispatching, routing, transportation coordination, or
logistics operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and
enjoys problem-solving. What You’ll Do Coordinate and optimize
daily home-delivery routes across multiple facilities and states.
Support 45 CDL drivers by providing updates, resolving delivery
issues, and adjusting routes as needed. Communicate with internal
teams, home patients, clinic staff, customer service, and
operations personnel regarding delivery status and special
instructions. Prepare daily delivery paperwork and collaborate with
3PL partners (e.g., Cardinal) for accurate picking, staging, and
sequencing. Maintain DOT-related documentation, including Driver
Qualification Files (JJ Keller), driver logs, fuel trip reports,
and timecards. Analyze delivery data, performance metrics, and cost
impacts to propose operational improvements. Manage scheduling for
vacations, holidays, and unplanned absences using a 12-week rolling
calendar. Document order changes, delivery discrepancies, and
progression notes in internal systems. Serve as the first point of
contact for drivers reporting issues while on route. What We’re
Looking For Required High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of
experience in logistics, dispatching, transportation coordination,
fleet support, or distribution operations. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
and Microsoft Office . Ability to work with multiple software
applications simultaneously. Strong communication skills and
comfort working with high-volume, fast-paced operations. Must be
able to work 100% onsite in Chandler, AZ. Preferred Experience
supporting CDL drivers or home-delivery operations. Familiarity
with DOT compliance and/or JJ Keller systems. Prior experience in
the healthcare, logistics, or transportation industry. Experience
