Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals in the construction sector. Oversee daily operations and manage staff to ensure project deadlines are met and standards are upheld. Collaborate with other department heads to integrate innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain and grow relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry laws, regulations, and best practices. Monitor the financial performance of the division and set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Lead efforts to innovate and adapt to market changes and opportunities. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects Advanced knowledge of construction technologies and project management software Financial acumen to manage budgets and improve profitability Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred Relevant health and safety qualifications, such as OSHA or equivalent
