Job Description:
Dutch Bros Coffee, a renowned drive-through coffee chain known
for its fast and friendly service, is seeking a Senior Insights
Analyst to join our Data Science & AI department. Our team
leverages extensive data to drive decisions that enhance customer
experiences and operational efficiency. In this role, you will be
pivotal in uncovering actionable insights from complex data sets,
helping guide Dutch Bros Coffees strategic directions through
meticulous analysis and evidence-driven recommendations. Analyze
complex data sets to derive actionable insights that support
strategic decision-making Develop and maintain predictive models to
forecast business trends Work collaboratively with cross-functional
teams to implement data-driven solutions Present findings and
recommendations to senior management using clear, concise reporting
Stay current with industry trends and leverage new analytical
technologies and methods Proficiency in SQL and Python Experience
with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and presentation
skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Microsoft
Certified: Data Analyst Associate Tableau Desktop Specialist
