Analytics Engineer and harness the power of data to propel our
renowned coffee chain into the future. Headquartered in the lively
town of Grants Pass, Oregon, Dutch Bros has been serving joy, one
cup at a time, since 1992. As a Sr. Analytics Engineer, you'll be
at the heart of our business operations, enhancing our customer
experiences and operational efficiency through innovative data
solutions. You'll work with dynamic teams across departments,
leveraging your analytical prowess to optimize our service delivery
and drive our growth strategies. Develop and implement advanced
analytics models and solutions to drive business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities
for process improvements. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across
all analytics platforms. Lead the design and deployment of BI tools
and dashboards for real-time insights. Mentor junior team members
and manage data-related projects. Proficiency in SQL and Python or
R Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to explain complex
data in an understandable way Experience in managing large datasets
and data warehousing Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Certifications in analytics or data management (e.g.,
Certified Analytics Professional). Optional but beneficial:
Certification in Tableau or Power BI.
