Shamrock Foods Company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiencies and ensuring the alignment of our process improvements with strategic business goals. This role is critical for driving innovation and excellence throughout our business processes, aiming at maintaining our reputable market leadership. Lead and manage process improvement projects across various departments to enhance operational effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies for business process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that improvements align with overall business objectives. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Conduct complex data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and assess the impact of implemented changes. Train and guide staff on new processes and systems. Stay abreast of the latest trends in process improvement and introduce innovative practices and technologies. Strong analytical and project management skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities Proficient in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics Competence with business management software and tools Medical Insurance 401k Profit Sharing Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred Lean Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
