About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a Mobile Imaging Specialist. As a key member of our DispatchHealth Management team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in their homes or at facilities.Key Responsibilities

• Perform mobile diagnostic imaging procedures, including portable x-rays and EKG exams, in a variety of settings.
• Collect and verify patient information and order documentation prior to procedures.
• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging exams.
• Operate portable radiologic equipment and determine exposure factors based on patient needs.
• Process and transmit images, maintaining high-quality diagnostic images.
• Complete records, visit logs, and reports according to standard protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Travel to patient locations, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and correctional institutions.Requirements
  • Meet state-specific and federal requirements to perform portable x-rays, including registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or state x-ray license.
  • Hold a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds and walk up and down stairs easily.
