As a Call Center Representative, you will be providing 5-star
customer service, product upselling, account access and transaction
requests by phone in our East Valley call center. You may also
escalate calls to higher tiers when required. If you have a knack
for making people feel well-deserved and cared for no matter what
the issue, this is the right path for you!
You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls
according to established procedures. You will process transactions,
transfers, stop payments, loan payments, new accounts and service
requests. You must maintain excellent working knowledge of the
company products and services and be able to cross-sell where
appropriate. If you enjoy assisting customers and fellow employees
in a friendly, efficient and professional manner with room to grow,
this role as Call Center Representative is great for you.
? Two years of customer service call center experience with
demonstrated ability to provide solutions according to professional
? One year of banking experience preferred.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially
listening and problem solving.
? General knowledge of computer systems and multiline phones.
