If you're nodding "yes," you're the type of person who will thrive in this role.As a project manager, you will be responsible for the flawless execution of complex web-based projects. Clients will count on you as their main point of contact, and we'll count on you to represent our company. You'll take our values seriously to help maintain our award-winning culture and 100% client retention rate.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required to successfully coordinate with internal and external stakeholders: vendors, other client agencies, designers, developers, and more. Your main focus could be a wide range of platforms and CMSs, with some additional work on custom application development, email campaigns, analytics, usability and market research, and site maintenance. General Responsibilities:

• Manage several projects at once without losing your cool
• Understand, identify, and deliver client requirements
• Help clients define strategic direction, vision, and goals
• Scope, document, and clearly communicate project requirements
• Create project plans and keep all deliverables on track
• Deliver work on time and on budget, including scope changes
• Ensure rigorous user acceptance testing and quality assurance
• Continuously analyze, report on, and achieve objectives
• Manage day-to-day client and stakeholder communications
• Support business development proposals and concept demos
• Nurture client relationships and maintain high satisfactionMust-have Qualifications:
  • The intrinsic motivation and autonomy to work independently
  • Extensive experience communicating and working closely with developers, designers, and analytics coworkers
  • Great communication with diverse stakeholders and channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A deep respect for deadlines, details, and accuracy
  • Digital experience (custom, web, and packaged applications)
  • Examples of successfully scoping, documenting, and planning projects
  • Brainstorming, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills
  • 3-5 years of digital project management experienceNice-to-have Qualifications:
    • Digital agency background
    • Comfort with Content Management Systems (Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SiteCore, Wordpress, etc)
    • History of managing project teams in a matrixed environment
    • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodology
