As a customer care representative, you will be providing 5-star
customer service, product upselling, account access and transaction
requests by telephone.
You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls
according to established procedure. You must maintain an excellent
working knowledge of company products and services. If you enjoy
assisting customers and fellow employees in a friendly, efficient

? Two years of phone and/ or customer-facing experience with
demonstrated ability to provide solutions according to professional
? Good written and verbal communication skills, especially
listening and problem solving.
? General knowledge of computer systems.
