For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.The Enterprise Software Products & Capabilities organization is seeking an Enterprise Software Products & Capabilities Leader to join our team. In this role, the focus will be will having the ability to grasp the bigger strategic implications and manage the execution of core software products & capabilities delivered from the organization. This includes an understanding of all aspects of the technology / features, and impact on: customer, employee, financial, and legal implications involved. This is a highly visible, multi-year strategic effort that impacts all areas of the enterprise.The selected candidate will be required to travel (25%) to perform some work onsite at Boeing locations. This position can be based out of either Mesa AZ, Denver CO, Long Beach CA, Arlington VA, Hazelwood MO, Plano TX, Huntsville AL, or Seattle, WA.Successful candidate will have to:

  • Quickly build trust with key stakeholders and navigate through all aspects of the product & capabilities
  • Be comfortable presenting to executives and able to adapt communications to meet stakeholder preference
  • Drive roadmaps, execution, and delivery for products & capabilities
  • Proactively manage Risks & Issues
  • Introduce repeatable processesPosition Responsibilities:Duties will include (but are not limited to):
    • Execute & deliver on the scope of the assigned project/s, working with multi-located & multi-functional teams
    • Responsible for the development of integrate project schedule, project execution & status reporting of the project-
    • Manage Risks, Issues & Opportunities
    • Development of product & capabilities roadmaps that align to the broader vision of the origination
    • Foster a culture that supports diversity and inclusion
    • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, peers, partners across the enterprise
    • Ability to think critically, problem solve and comfortable working through ambiguity as required
    • Ability & willingness to embrace change & ambiguityThis position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Denver, Colorado, USA. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.-A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
      • Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or other technical degree
      • 5+ years of software development experience
      • 5+ years of project or program management/software leadership experience
      • 2+ years of SAFe / Agile experience
      • Experience interacting with internal business partners and customersPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
        • Experience working with cross functional teams and in support of a global presence
        • Experience using Program Management Best Practices
        • Embedded SW development experience
        • Risk Management / Mitigation experience
        • Work experience and/or knowledge of the DS&A products & servicesRelocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
