Job Description:

As a customer care representative, you will be providing 5-star customer service, product upselling, account access and transaction requests by telephone.

You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls according to established procedure. You must maintain an excellent working knowledge of company products and services. If you enjoy assisting customers and fellow employees in a friendly, efficient and professional manner with room to grow, this role as a Customer Care Professional is great for you!

? Two years of phone and/ or customer-facing experience with demonstrated ability to provide solutions according to professional standards.

? Good written and verbal communication skills, especially listening and problem solving.

? General knowledge of computer systems.
