Role: Agile Process Analyst Location: Tempe, AZ Qualifications:
Needs to be located in Tempe, will work onsite after WFH is lifted
Responsibilities: The Modern Delivery C4E is seeking an analyst for
on-going maintenance of the MSF Playbook which serves as the
interactive knowledgebase for all Agile delivery teams at SVB. The
responsibilities of the role will include requirements analysis of
proposed enhancements to Playbook content, design of the user
experience, interactions and user flow, writing and editing content
to effectively convey complex concepts, creating engaging visuals
and usability testing. In this role you will collaborate with the
MSF Playbook developer to continuously enhance and enrich the
content and capabilities of the Playbook for the benefit of SVB
internal users. Skillset required: Strong understanding of Agile
principles and knowledge of methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
Experience working within Agile technology delivery teams to
deliver software solutions Working knowledge using Atlassian
software suite (Jira + Confluence) Understanding of user centered
design Experience with UI/UX design for web applications Experience
producing visual assets for web applications Proven experience
writing engaging content to convey complex concepts Proficiency in
