Specialist Job Description Join a rapidly growing team as an ESS
Account Specialist focused on enhancing the shipper experience for
vendors and sellers. This role involves working with Amazon Inbound
Transportation to drive innovation in transportation and logistics,
consistently evaluating network shipper defects, and driving
improvements through coaching and performance management.
Responsibilities Monitor, verify, and present data daily. Overcome
transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
Identify transportation defect root causes. Maintain daily logs on
assigned shippers. Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
Conduct daily business review stand-up calls. Essential Skills
Experience in account management or customer service. Proficiency
in Excel. Strong problem-solving skills. Understanding of
transportation, intermodal, and supply chain operations. Additional
Skills & Qualifications 2 years of experience in logistics, supply
chain, or relevant field preferred. Basic data analytical skills.
Experience writing process improvement proposals. Entry-level
knowledge of MS Excel. Strong interpersonal and customer service
skills. Work Environment The team operates in a 100% supportive

based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to
some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length
