Overview Where you'll work: This is a hybrid position that requires spending time working from home and in the office. After training, associates will work approximately 80% at home and 20% in the office. Schedules require availability on the weekends. Compensation : Starting pay is $18/hr. ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Care Center (CCC) is committed to solving our customers' needs on first contact through simple, high-quality, and personalized experiences. We currently have the following types of shifts and openings: Full-Time Shifts are morning, afternoon, evening and weekends *** Schedules require availability on the weekends*** Please Note: Start Date: August 22, 2022 Mandatory Training is 6 weeks duration. After training, associates will work approximately 80% at home and 20% in the office. Training: Selected candidates will participate in 14 weeks of mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! The training continues beyond day one as well. Training hours will be:10:30pm - 7:00pm AZ TimeOnboarding: 8/22 - 8/24Core Training: 8/25 - 9/161st week of nesting: 9/19 - 9/232nd week of nesting: 9/24, 9/27 - 9/30 Post training shifts range from 8:00am to 4:30pm or 12:30pm to 9:00pm (weekdays vary) and range from 8:00am to 4:30pm or 12:30pm to 9:00pm (weekend days vary) New team members are eligible for promotional opportunities within the Customer Care Center department after 6 months of service and 12 months for other opportunities at State Farm. QualificationsRetention Specialists include both licensed and unlicensed responsibilities. If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which include successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
