Job Description:
Corporate TrainerThe Corporate Trainer is responsible for
managing and supporting the assessment of organizational training
and development needs; and the design, implementation and
evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development
and continuous learning of team members.Responsibilities:
- Delivers a combination of core learning and development
solutions targeted at various levels of the organization and
aligned to business needs.
- Work with appropriate department heads to define performance
problems, design an action plan, and implement solutions that
deliver expected results.
- Execute and improve Sales Orientation program to help promote
quicker success.
- Consult with Senior Leaders to diagnose existing challenges to
effectiveness and develop comprehensive solution to address gaps
and achieve results.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the training and
development team.
- Manage multiple training development projects with high
complexity.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or
related field or combination of education and experience.
- Must have the ability to handle a high volume of work in a
process-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, and
PowerPoint.
- Self-educator who is in tune with changing dynamics in the
field of learning
- Must be comfortable with multi-tasking, able to manage
multi-step procedures, handle frequent interruptions in work flow
and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- High level written and verbal communication skills, strong
decision -making ability and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels in a
fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism and
