This position is responsible for daily food rotation, labeling, and maintaining the cleanliness of the entire kitchen. Your Impact Will Include: Prepare and portion ingredients for cooking, including fruits, vegetables, meats, and other items, ensuring consistency and quality. Perform basic cooking techniques such as boiling, frying, baking, grilling, and sautéing under kitchen supervision. Train and support Cook I team members as directed by kitchen management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, prep areas, floors, and storage spaces. Receive, label, and store food and supply deliveries properly, following stock rotation and food safety standards. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and smooth kitchen operations. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals safely, following PPE and waste disposal guidelines. Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission. Where You’ll Work Primarily onsite at our facility Requires use of standard office equipment including but not limited to computer-use, monitors/screen, desk, chair, etc. Requires frequent use of hands for typing, handling equipment, and reaching Requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, etc. Requires the ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 30 pounds _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Culture Fit Test Think you might be a great fit?
