What You'll Do Perform general maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Troubleshoot issues with lighting, plumbing, appliances, HVAC systems Paint, carpentry, and basic renovation projects Monitor building systems including electrical, mechanical and fire/life safety Perform preventive maintenance duties and inspections Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials Provide excellent customer service to resolve maintenance issues Qualifications 5 years maintenance experience in hospitality required Strong competency with maintenance tools/equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and customer service focus The Global Ambassador is an Equal Opportunity & E- Verify Employer.
