We are looking for a passionate Seasonal Recreation Attendant to join our dynamic team during the peak tourist season. In this role, you will facilitate leisure activities, ensure guest safety and satisfaction, maintain recreation equipment, and uphold the Marriott standard of excellence in all interactions. Organize and lead recreational activities for guests of all ages. Ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests in recreational facilities. Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure it is safe and functional. Provide excellent customer service, responding effectively to guest inquiries. Assist in promoting activities and instructing guests on proper equipment use. Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead activities and engage with guests of diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Basic knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR and First Aid certification (can be provided upon employment). Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification desirable but not mandatory.
