In this role, you will enhance the dining experience by ensuring that our high standards of service are met and that all guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. Ensure timely delivery of food from the kitchen to the guests through effective coordination with waitstaff and kitchen team. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant promotions. Assist in setting up and clearing tables, refill beverages, and ensure guest needs are attended promptly. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain clean working environments. Communicate effectively with team members to provide seamless service. Excellent verbal communication Strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure Basic knowledge of food safety and handling Customer service orientation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler's Certification preferred but not required.
