Summary: The PM Cook will help run the kitchen, be part of the
team, and maintain a positive and professional approach with
coworkers and guests. Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare and/or
direct the preparation of food to be served, complying with all
sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards Use supplies and
facility properly to minimize loss, waste, and fraud Monitor
incoming food product to ensure quality Ensure the hot bar us ready
for guests Condense and refill as needed Clean food preparation
areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils Operate large volume cooking
equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles Clean and stock work
stations Requirements: Qualifications: 2 years of restaurant
