Job Description:
We are hiring for our Client in Tempe, AZ! We are hiring
dedicated customer service representatives with the desire to grow
in the Healthcare industry! This position offers a great onsite
work environment, room to grow, & great benefits when permanent!
Start Date: March 27th Schedule:
- Must be available 7 days a week from 5a-10p (will have set
schedule assigned within those hours
- This is 100% onsite in Tempe, AZ Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
- Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general
questions and some confidential information
- Great customer service with high level attention to detail.
Entering information accurately
- Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls
a day depending on complexity.
- Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and
update communication with customersWork Environment
- Great culture and opportunity for growth

- Customer service week, potlucks, celebrations throughout the
year
- Ton of room for growthQualifications
- 1-2 Years of Call center OR in person customer service
experience
- Medical education is a plus but not required
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting
that have a strong desire to work within healthcare
- Healthcare/Pharmacy experience is a plus
