Job Description We are looking for qualified customer service professionals to work as currently-remote Benefits Customer Service Representatives in the Tempe area Although this is a currently remote position - All applicants must be within commutable distance to Tempe, AZ for any onsite requirements in the future The first day will be onsite. Schedule: --- 32 to 40 hours per week with possibility for overtime --- Monday-Friday - no weekends --- 8 hour shift scheduled between 5:30am-8:00pm (Ex: 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 10am-7pm etc.) Pay Rate: --- $17.00 per hour --- $17.75/hr for bilingual applicants (Spanish and/or French) Job Description: Taking Inbound calls to answer Member questions Resolve customers--- service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
