Job DescriptionABOUT THE COMPANY Crpe Bar, located in Tempe, has
brought some of the best and most creative, fast-casual, from
scratch cooking into the metro area for over a decade. We''ve
developed an entire breakfast and lunch menu devoted to crpes using

the place for you. POSITION SUMMARY The Crpe Bar Line Cook ensures
that each food item is prepared with the highest quality, care, and
artisanship. A genuine positive attitude is always required to
ensure a high quality dining experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not
limited to the following: Interacting with guests in a friendly and
fast manner; ensuring guests'' complete satisfaction and exceeding
their expectations Presents a positive attitude towards the job,
team, and guests Reporting to work in a neat and clean uniform;
maintaining well-groomed hair and personal Responsible for being
well-acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines,
and sanitation/basic safety information Prepares a variety of food
items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food
processors, scales, and portion bags Maintains a clean and sanitary
workstation and working area Handles all products properly in
accordance with Health Department standards and Crpe bar guidelines
Plates all dishes in accordance with Crpe Bar Food Doctrine,
assuring that each item is cooked to the Chef and Guest''s
specifications before serving MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Ability to provide quality guests service
Ability to handle stress under pressure Ability to learn and use
technical equipment (e.g., griddles) Basic reading and writing
skills Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to
detail Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision A
minimum of 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
Must be able to communicate clearly with management staff Be able
to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds Be able
to work in a standing position for extended periods of time Food

ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described here are representative

communicate with expediters, cooks, and servers and read orders on

is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools,
or controls in repetitive motions. Tasting and smelling abilities
are required occasionally to distinguish with a degree of accuracy,
differences or similarities in intensity or quality of flavors
and/or odors. The employee is occasionally exposed to hazards
including, but not limited to cuts from knives, slipping, tripping,
falls and burns; frequent exposure to steam, high temperatures,
humidity, cold; frequent contact/immersion of hands in water,
sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, and produce
