Job Description:
Job Description Note: The position is onsite (No Work from
Home). Title - Senior Fraud & Claims Operations Representative
Workdays : Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat from 11 am to 7:30 pm AZ Time
Training: 3 weeks of book training and 3 weeks of floor training.
Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM Top Skills: Attention to
detail. Communication skill. Must Haves: 4 years of customer
service experience. Day to Day: Team members pull cases, review
suspicious accounts, and customers' accounts, and review account
activity if they feel suspicious then make a call and ask them if
they made the transaction. If the transactions are unauthorized
then create a claims ticket. They can help customers by either
replacing credentials or account numbers. Not many outbound calls
to make. Details: Support team performance in identifying control
failures in bank processes, procedures, customer, or colleague
decisions. Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or
implementing processes and tools within the fraud and claims
functional area. Perform complex operational tasks, including
review, verification, and identification of customer transactions
to detect and prevent fraud, policy violations, or resolve merchant
disputes in order to mitigate and recover losses. Provide subject
matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to less
experienced staff. Interact with fraud and claims functional area
on a wide range of information as well as with external customers.
Required Qualifications: 4 years of Customer Service, Financial
Services, Fraud, or Investigations experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, or education. Customer
