Associates will handle inbound calls related to Troubleshooting
devices, answering questionsrelated to plan changes/billing. There
is NO SALES COMPONENT to this role. -----What we need? -A minimum
of 1yr customer service experience and some tech savvinessPay:
-$17.00-$18.50 (depending on years of customer service/call center
experience)All candidates will train in-office for 8 weeks, then
-have a choice at working in-office or 100% remote.***Computer
Equipment Provided***Must be available to work a 40 hour/week shift
within this range: CCI will do their best to accommodate, but
cannot guarantee a specific shift.
- Monday - Friday 4:55am - 8:15pm
