This position sits within our Loan Servicing department located in Tempe AZ but is currently a remote position.If you're still not sure what that means you're not alone. This position has a great work life balance with 9 Holidays off throughout the year! Don't worry if you have never worked in mortgage servicing before, this position has 7-8 weeks of paid training Monday-Friday 8am-5pm starting on Feb 14th. The intention is for this position to return to an office environment. Considering you will start this position working from home we will ship the equipment directly to you so you can be set up for success!Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for handling inbound and outbound mortgage calls
  • Identify payment problems and solutions
  • Ask appropriate fact-finding questions and provide accurate company information
  • Follow basic call script and adheres to all company policies and procedures
  • Follow through on commitments made to customerWhat will you bring to the role?As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for helping people and will have the ability to bring resolutions to individuals while providing top-tier customer service to our clients.Other key skills required for the role include:
    • Must reside in the Phoenix AZ area
    • Previous experience in customer service
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • 10+Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity.
    • Dedicated personal landline or cell phone for usage during hours of operationPreferred:
      • Previous experience in customer service call center setting
