Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
opportunity is for a skilled Occupational Therapist specialized in
school-based services, located in Chandler, AZ. Working with K-8th
grade students, you will provide both direct and indirect
occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 80
students. This full-time position offers a five-day workweek with
40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible through June 5th,
2026. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized occupational
therapy services tailored to the unique needs of students from
kindergarten through 8th grade. Collaborate with educators,
parents, and staff to create and implement effective intervention
plans. Manage and maintain detailed student documentation and
progress reports. Provide both direct interventions and
consultative support services. Desired Qualifications: Valid
Occupational Therapy licensure and relevant school-based therapy
experience. Strong understanding of developmental and educational
needs for elementary and middle school students. Excellent
communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within
a multidisciplinary team. Experience with caseload management of
similar size preferred. Location: Chandler, AZ This role is based
within a school setting supporting student occupational therapy
